Student Support

A lot of people think that they receive no assistance when studying online.

They couldn’t be further from the truth!

The ACCLM is committed to providing all of our students with the services they need so that they feel supported every step of the way.

We feel that the support you receive during your course of study adds to the value and outcomes that you will gain during your learning journey.

Whilst much of our training is provided online we understand that not everyone is tech savvy, so we are here to reduce as much of the stress and frustration as possible. Our training materials are designed to be effective and engaging but simple, convenient and easy to use.

We use a mixture of text books, e-learning courses, live and recorded online seminars, online and workplace assessments, resource libraries and access to a personal tutor so that you can study when and where you want to.

Our reception team can arrange most support services that you may require and if they can’t they will be able to direct you to the relevant department. They are helpful and friendly and look forward to discussing your needs as you complete your studies.

Academic support

Your teacher/trainer can provide you with academic support, as they specialise within specific study areas. If you are still concerned we suggest you speak to your coordinator by arranging an appointment at reception.

Counselling services

If you are finding yourself feeling overwhelmed by your study or living in a new country, you are welcome to make an appointment with our professional counselling team. They will ensure that any concerns you have are addressed in an appropriate manner.

Should your attendance or course progress become concerning, you may require some counselling to get you back on track. Please ask reception to arrange an appointment if you receive a warning letter regarding these matters.
